THE DOOR CLICKS SHUT

For a few hours just be somewhere else

Every place has its own atmosphere, light and history. The rooms around us change how we move, what we try and how the shoot feels. We can lose ourselves in them, notice things and work with what we find.

TELL ME…

Where should I go next?

I plan new location shoots as I go. Tell me your city, and I'll let you know when there's something planned there.

What shall we photograph at a Location focus shoot?

PORTRAIT

A look. An expression.

You can look very different within a few minutes. You don't need to reinvent yourself. Sometimes a change of expression is enough.

BOUDOIR

Closeness and feeling.

Closeness isn't necessarily about how much you reveal. Sometimes the opposite is more interesting. There's no need to resolve all the tension.

NUDE

Skin and light.

Light can reveal as much as it conceals. Move a few centimetres and the whole picture changes.

SOMEWHERE OUT THERE…

More than a backdrop.
A place and its atmosphere.

Hotels, apartments, old houses, modern architecture or somewhere right by the water. For a few hours, we have a whole place to try our ideas.

If you have access to a suitable location, we can do a regular focus or explore shoot there.

ALMOST FORGOT…

It may not look
like much at first.

A place doesn't have to look spectacular at first glance. I look at the light, how the rooms feel and what we could do there. Once we're there, something else usually comes to mind. We look around, try things and may find ourselves drawn to somewhere we hadn't considered. Sometimes the place even changes the idea we arrived with.

If you already have an idea or a particular place in mind, we can look at it together.
